On the C3-540 CORIOmaster and C3-510 CORIOmaster mini, the front status light should be green once the system has fully booted and running correctly. It is normal for the status light to show red during startup and firmware updates.
If the status light stays red, it is likely that there is an issue with the firmware or hardware of the CORIO3 device. Please contact tvONE technical support to determine the root cause of the red status light. In some cases, it may be necessary to have the system sent to tvONE for service.
