The "Unsupported API version: x.x.xxx < y.y.yyy" error message is saying that the version of CORIOgrapher currently installed on the PC is higher than what is supported on the CORIOmaster device it is trying to connect to. Please refer to the chart below to find the appropriate firmware version.

Versions prior to the ones listed are not compatible with CORIOgrapher and will require the older CORIOmaster software. Please contact tech support if a copy of this software is needed.
Either update the device firmware to use the desired version of CORIOgrapher or download the correct version of CORIOgrapher that is compatible with the installed firmware version.
